I changed out the temp control panel on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler due to only cold air coming thru all of the vents. Still no luck!!! Both actuators were replaced less than a year ago. The one in glove box turns as I change settings and the pipes are HOT. Am I able to get to the one under steering wheel without taking everything apart? Help!!! I’m trying to learn as much as I can to handle some repairs myself.

The panel under the wheel pulls off easily, but the one behind that takes a little more effort. Try pulling the panel down that is right below the wheel to see if you can see it.

There was a rash of bad heater cores for awhile. full of casting sand so they clog. might be worth researching.
