Title: Seat Upgrades and Airbag Warning Light
Post by: AirWrangler on June 05, 2019, 11:36:46 AM
Just a quick question/concern. I am looking to change out the seats to my Jeep and I have already removed the passenger seat. Since then I have seen that the airbag warning light is showing on my dash. I figured this is because my seat is no longer plugged into the wiring harness underneath the seat. My concern is when I install my new seats, they will not have the sensors/wiring harness to plug into the one that installed into the Jeep. Is this going to cause my airbags to not function anymore and what can I do to shut off the light?

Can I remove the sensors from the seat and install them into my new seats?
