President called the meeting to order at 7:03.
Brad discussed the Windrock ride was a good trip….props to Laura and the new crawlers along.
Melinda read the Treasurers Report…motions were made to accept and it was approved.
Angie was out of town, so there was no minutes report.
Michelle discussed the social media numbers…steadily increasing…people are watching, including businesses.

Dues are due as of tonight’s meeting.
Member information sheets were passed out…not enough for everyone…will continue until completed.
We will set up a CB tuning day or schedule for checking systems…Jeff Bergman has agreed to help.
Spell Jeep event is 23 April….need some volunteers….see Dale Dalrymple.
Topless Day is 21 May…shirt pre-orders are on the forum…more details to come.
Morris Mountain Anniversary Ride is 4-5 June…open to Members and Sponsored…limited campsites (first come first served).
Flags at Andersonville is 28 May…Brad’s favorite event…join us to put up flags for Memorial Day…(Doug and Dale are not allowed to go…LOL).
Nominations for council will be coming up in May…they are by position…Vice President, Events Coordinator, and Membership Chair are the 3 council positions up for election…please talk to an individual before nominating them…council is a time intensive commitment…all nominations require a second to be put on the ballot.
There is a car show coming up at Grace Point Church and there is a car show on Robins AFB for anyone with base access.
