New By-laws on forum with changes to name, omitting Southern Four Wheel Drive association. and added responsibilities for council to complete paperwork for LLC and 501c3.
Annual Membership Fees due by end of March. Can be paid through paypal friends and family. Put in notes that it is for annual fees/dues. If for any reason you can not pay please contact a member of council and we will make arrangements.
May nominations for council will be for President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Social Media Chair.
Melinda has posted the treasurer report on the forum under members only.
Amy says to watch for cover contests on Social Media and events are posted regularly on Facebook.
Mike gave a big Thank you to Dale and Una for hosting the movie night and Melinda's birthday celebration. We had a great turn out and everyone had a great time.
We also had a great turn out for the Birthday ride for Mr. Morgan's 98th Birthday.
Events:
21 March Cherry Blossom Parade. Sign up is on forum. Annette is the chair for this event. Make sure to decorate your Jeep in all the PINK you can find.
27-28 March Ride for Reid at AOP. Information is on forum.
10 April Dogwood Festival Fire Truck pull. 10 person team, $40 per person. need to sign up and pay asap. can pay through paypal friends and family. in notes put fire truck pull
17 April looking to do a day ride at River Rock. still trying to lock down date. watch forum for more info.
15 May Topless Day. Extreme terrain will match up to $500 donation
18 September Jack Saundron Car show at the Museum of Aviation. All proceeds got to C.O.P.S
