We have secured our first vendor for the Jeep Show!  We are excited to welcome Deep South Focus Photography to our event!  They specialize in automotive photography and did a great job at the recent car show we attended. I just know they will do a great job for us, too!  To check out some of their work please visit www.DeepSouthFocus.com

We have added another vendor to our show!  Our very own Courtney Welch will be setting up her CBD booth! Thanks, Courtney for supporting the club!

If there are any other members who own a small business and would like to set up at the show, please make sure to contact me very soon!  Our booth space is limited!

We also have booked two food trucks for our event.  We're happy to have Gary from Chile Street Eats and Jay and Aaron from True Blue BBQ!  Check them both out on Facebook and bring your lunch money to the show!

We have added another vendor to the show!  We welcome Amanda Wilson with Seriously Simple Soaps.  Her soaps are all natural and handmade.  She's excited to be part of the show and we are excited to have her!  Please check out her Facebook page if you get the chance.

Another vendor has booked a booth with us for our show!  WRJC welcomes KD Off-road!  Everyone knows Walter and Emerald and what a great job they do working on our club's Jeeps and getting us parts when we need them.  They have donated to our events in the past and will also do so for this show.  We are so excited to have them for the event!

I wanted to give an update on how the show is coming.  Currently, we have booked DS18 Audio, a CBD booth (Courtney), Team Rubicon, KD Off-Road, Between Friends Coffee Shop & Café, and hopefully a couple of craft booths.

Adam has secured the fire department to come out and bring a truck.  We are also talking to Houston County Sherriff's Office to see if they will send out a couple of cars.  And we are in the process of trying to get some news coverage.

Brad and Adam are soliciting judges.  We hope to have four or five this year.

Aimee is working with Mike on the t-shirt design we voted on and the shirts will be in the making soon.  We ended up with six sponsors on the t-shirt this year:  Sanderscapes Landscaping, Warner Robins Supply, Superior Land Developers, RK Smith Construction, Samson Construction, and Servpro.

We have people who have volunteered to help at the show.  That is great!  We will need a good bit of people at the registration tables to start the day off.  Our plan is to keep the lines moving!  We will need help getting vendors moved in and set up.  We will need people organizing the Jeeps as they come in.  There is plenty to do here.  Please be sure to attend the show.  It's gonna be great!
