Wendy Chadwell joined us to discuss the Toy's for Tot's drive this year. She will need help picking up donation boxes December 9-13. Saturday November the 23rd we will help with the Stuff the Truck event. Toy Distribution will be December 7th 10am to 4pm, 8th from noon to 5pm, 14th from 10am-3pm,
and the 15th noon to 5pm at the Perry Fairgrounds. The stuff the truck event will be an official event.
Next we discussed how our 501 c 4 expired and what we are doing to fix the issue. we spoke to lawyers and CPA's who recommend we become an LLC. This will protect members and council. Club approved to go ahead with filling for an LLC/
New Membership chair was announced. Russell McCranie will fill the position until the vote in June 2020.
Discussed the Choco ride and informed everyone to watch forum for convoy setups. Also discussed Pauldin County Jeep club BBQ plates for $10 on Saturday at Choco.
Discussed Members only Thanksgiving Dinner at Adams House on November 16th. Club purchase meats and members bring sides and drinks.

Our Annual Chili cook off was the largest turnout we have ever had. Thanks to everyone who participated.
