October Monthly Meeting Minutes
Mike started the meeting at 7:00pm. He began by discussing the great turnout we had at the Air Show. Throughout two days we had 24 volunteers to show up.
Treasurer’s report was $2600 and $800 available.
Next the discussion was about upcoming events:
Saturday 5 October was the Hawgs for Hope ride.
October 18-20 Georgia Jeep Invasion at Sunnyside ATV park in Wrens GA
October 19 Honor Flight Fundraiser Macon Harley Davidson 10:00am
October 26 Chili Cookoff. Museum of Aviation 12-4. $5 per person to test and vote. Also will be collecting toys for Toys for Tots
November 9-11 Veterans Day Ride at Choco Park in Alabama
Plans have begun for the 3rd Annual Jeep show. The Jeep Show will be on 22 February 2020 at the Museum of Aviation.
