Sam started meeting at 7:01pm
President, Brad Niebrand out of town due to hurricane relief but he is remaining very involved.
Vice President Mike Smith out of town as well.
Brian started with Prayer and we said pledge of Allegiance.
Secretary read September meeting minutes and club voted to approve minutes.
Treasurer gave report for topless day and treasurer report will be on forum under members only.
Topless Day raised $3200 for the Grace House Community food bank.
Treasurer also read thank you letter from food bank.
Social media coordinator gave reports on Facebook and Instagram.
discussed Membership and how just because you have 3 official events does not mean you are ready to be sponsored.
The thank you cards have reached the schools letting the faculty and staff know that we appreciate them.
Calendars this year will be pre order only. watch forum for orders.
if you have a photo you would like to be considered for the calendar please watch forum for where to send to.
when we get a Calendar for Toys for Tots we will get it posted asap.
Hawgs for Hope Poker Run Saturday. meeting at Dunkin Donuts on Watson Blvd and pulling out at 10:00am
Beasley knob Fall Ride October 10-11. Info on Forum
Chili Cook off October 24 Address and info is on Forum. Please bring own drinks and chairs.
Veterans Day Ride November 14-15 at Choccolocco Park in Jacksonville, AL. sign up and information is on forum.
Still looking at training sessions at River Rock ORV park November 7th. $30 day. Keep eye on forum for information and sign up.
