Title: Shearing damper question

So I had a warranty repair done on the steering damperner. It now does a random shimmy at about 60-65. The bar looks to be installed incorrectly. If anyone know anything about those or could tell from a picture if it was incorrectly installed. Please message me at 610-554-4008. Thanks. Heather Lawrence

Thank you. Hoping the people who put the dampener on wrong didn't mess anything else up.
