Brad started meeting at 7pm.
Treasurer gave report of $1223.52. Members voted to approve treasurer report.
Secretary read January minutes and members voted to approve the minutes.
Following is the votes for the Amendments to the bylaws.

Article III part 2: 21 yes and 0 no
Article IV Membership dues: 20 yes and 1 no
Article IV 3,4,5,and 6: 21 yes and 0 no

Article VII: 21 yes and 0 no
T-shirts for Jeep show arrived.
Jeep Show next Saturday Volunteer meeting on Sunday the 16th of February at 9am at Air Museum
AOP ride date change to 21-22 March.
Voted and approved purchase of Trailer from Adam for $1500.00
Melinda volunteered to Chair committee for topless day.
