Brad called meeting to order at 7:02pm.
Treasurer gave report. available funds are $1931.07
Social media coordinator gave report stating that numbers were down but mostly due to number of events
Upcoming event discussed, Arctic ride at Stoney Lonesome January 18-20
Membership dues are due no later than March 31st
began discussion of changes to Charter. all changes will be up for discussion on the forum.
February's meeting will be for voting only, no discussions.
