2007-2011 Fender Flares (Deegan 38) and Inner Liners (DV8) How-To install

Using the instructions provided, always read those. Measure twice and drill once.. Here is a fairly short video on how to install these specific Flares and liners.
This procedure is very similar for all Aftermarket Fender Flares and Aftermarket Inner Liners.
