Pain, but progress.

I prefer a 4.0 in my Jeep since I have the minivan to go fast and get good gas mileage.

For clarification, it is the plasma cutter that is the hold up, not the winch.

If you need to cut something pm me  mine is ready. Its not really portable but if you bring your steel over you can use it.

I got the replacment parts for the torch this morning and will give it a shot again this afternoon. However I believe the problem is that its not closing the ground loop and thus its not cutting properly and burning out the plasma starter. If it doesn't work this afternoon or if it burns out another starter in 5 minutes then I'll be taking it back to Jones. I talked to them about it this morning and they said bring it in if it doesn't work and they'll get it fixed quickly (still warranty too). Something else I negledted to check that they did point out is if the air filter and moisture trap is clean and dry.  I didn't really look at it Saturday because I figured it hasn't been used enough since I changed the last filter element to be the problem but I'll double check it today anyway.

It's alive!  Realized I took my tow hooks off for this, so no putting it off before the Gulches.
