Title: Any T18 experts?
Post by: sullyb on September 15, 2015, 10:09:17 PM
I just discovered my, new to me, frankenstein 81' CJ5 has a T18 tranny attached to a Dana 20 transfer case. I have no idea where or what the T18 came out of, but I need to replace the entire clutch assembly. I've researched this extensively on the internet, and so far, it looks like I need to drop the tranny and count splines/shaft length to determine what exactly it is and where it most likely came from. Does anyone here have any technical expertise in this field that could possibly help me out? I would appreciate any help.
