Unofficial Events / 8th Annual Hawgs 4 Hope Police Escorted Ride.
« Last post by Brad on September 21, 2018, 08:32:24 PM »

Police escorted dice run to benefit Jay,s Hope Foundation. They will have plenty of great prizes but that's not what this event is about. This ride is about supporting kids battling cancer and their families. 100% of the money raised will benefit Jay's Hope. Last year a few of us went to see what it was about. I will never forget it and I have been looking forward to this all year. Last year was the first time jeeps were allowed in this event. We had a small turn out but I can promise you that those of us that attended were truly touched by this organization and what they do. We have been asked back again this year and unlike last year I would love to see a big Jeep turn out. If you were at Topless day and you enjoyed the escorted part of the ride you will love this. We leave Harley Davidson of Macon and go up through Forsyth Ga., then through the Piedmont National Forrest to Gray Ga. Once you start, you don't stop.Once we arrive in Gray they have a $5.00 Lunch plate with all the proceeds going to Jay's Hope. It's $25.00 to enter your jeep and you get a free T-shirt, you can buy additional shirts for $10.00 a piece. Figured for those who are going we can meet up at Dunkin Donuts on Watson at 8am and then convoy to Macon together. We will be Leaving Dunkin Donuts no later than 8:30 .I Promise for those that come out you will not be disappointed but truly touched by this event.

If anyone is planning on sticking around for a bit afterwards, be sure to bring a side dish, dessert, or a potluck. We're planning on doing a little bonfire for a little camaraderie and maybe recap a little of what we learned.
I’ll make some tater salad...

He still looks at this forum occasionally
I've been by his shop in Macon
Professional run business
Quality work
Visit him with your jeep and get a quote

fyi: you get what you pay for......
If you pay for a cheap wrap job
It will look cheap and you will be unhappy.....

With that being said, wraps are expensive.  Also, I believe it changes your insurance rates.  Not 100% there.

General Discussion / Room for rent??
« Last post by Tarheels1978 on September 20, 2018, 03:33:42 PM »
As many of y’all know, I am going through a nasty divorce. I don’t know how much longer I can handle staying in the same house as Debra.

I need a room to rent. I can help with bills. I have 3 miniature schnauzers that are crate trained. Please let me know if anyone wants to help me out or if ya know someone that can.

Thanks,
Kristy
